Our friend, Jim is a retired gentleman with time on his hands. He decided he needed a hobby, and so came the handcrafted rustic cedar Adirondack chair. These Cape Cod chairs became so popular with friends and family, they persuaded Jim to show his handy work to perspective loungers in our great city of Kingston. Muskoka chairs are the most comfortable of all outdoor furniture. They make perfect deck furniture or can adorn your favourite patio.

The wide armrests have become one of the most notable features of the Adirondack style. The chair has a straight back and seat which are slanted to offer better seating. The name "Adirondack" chair originated in New York with it's Canadian counter part being called a Muskoka chair. The lounge is also called a Cape Cod Chair. To enable Jim to sell his product many dollars cheaper than you would expect to pay for an assembled chair, the fine sanding is left up to your discretion. ABOUT ORDERING If you wish to see the chairs in person or if you have any questions concerning other items that Jim crafts, please phone him at 613-389-6496 Jim accepts cash or email money transfers. Full payment or, in some cases, 50% deposit at time of ordering. ABOUT PICK UP OR DELIVERY Each chair is made at the time of ordering and usually takes two weeks to craft. Jim will deliver the chair to you at that time in the Kingston area or you may pick it up when Jim calls you to let you know that the Adirondack chair is completed.
