**You must give us a working phone number so we can discreetly (and secretively if necessary), contact the recipient before we can deliver it to their residence or work place. If the courier does not have a working phone number and tries to deliver it finding no one there to receive the order, the charge for the second delivery, unfortunately, will be put on your credit card.

**Orders received by 1 PM can be delivered on the same day if requested. Fruit orders are the exception as we need the order early in the day, if not the day before, so we can select fresh fruit for the order. If there is any doubt to when we can deliver your order, please phone us and we will gladly advise you.

** We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it unless it is going to a funeral (prompt delivery).

Orders that are sent after 12 noon on Saturday by our 'Online Shopping' will be delivered on Monday unless advised otherwise. Keep in mind though, we do deliver to all funeral homes and memorial services EVERY DAY of the week whether the order is phoned in or sent by our Online Shopping Cart.
